Durch das iBO Ampliado-Modell wurde eine bedeutende Vereinfachung und Koordination verschiedener Einheiten, Innovationslabore und Projekte erreicht. Fr\u00fcher gab es in der Stadt viele separate Einheiten und Labore, die unabh\u00e4ngig voneinander arbeiteten und ihre eigenen Projekte durchf\u00fchrten. Dies f\u00fchrte zu einer Fragmentierung und ineffizienten Nutzung von Ressourcen.<br><br>Mit der Einf\u00fchrung des iBO Ampliado wurde ein neuer Ansatz verfolgt: Anstatt isoliert zu arbeiten, wurden diese Einheiten und Labore zusammengef\u00fchrt und koordiniert. Dadurch wurde eine st\u00e4rkere Zusammenarbeit und Synergie geschaffen, was zu einer effizienteren Nutzung von Ressourcen und einer besseren Umsetzung von Innovationsprojekten f\u00fchrte.<br><br>Diese Vereinfachung und Koordination durch das iBO Ampliado-Modell hat die Resilienz der Stadt gest\u00e4rkt. Durch die Zusammenf\u00fchrung und Koordination verschiedener Einheiten und Projekte ist Bogot\u00e1 besser in der Lage, auf Ver\u00e4nderungen und Herausforderungen zu reagieren, auch wenn sich die politische F\u00fchrung \u00e4ndert.
